Consultation

We’d love to sit down with you, listen to your ideas and get a feel for your space, your lifestyle and your budget. During this time, we’ll begin the process of gathering information and measurements for a design and the appropriate construction based on our skills and experience. We’ll also make an appointment to show you samples of products and plantings that you might want to include in your project.

Design

We go away and draw up plans to suit the project. Once you have agreed on the plans and paid a deposit, we get started on building your dream outdoor space.

Construction

Construction will depend on the plans we’ve drawn up, but it could include

Yes, we are.

I‘ve been thinking about landscaping my home. What do I need to do to get started?

First contact us by phone or online. We’ll ask you a few basic questions to start off that will help us get a feel for your project.

We‘ll then meet with you to discuss your ideas and budget and to assess the area you want landscaped. This meeting generally takes one and a half hours because we need to make sure we fully understand your expectations.

At this meeting we’ll have some design ideas to run by you and we will begin the process of finding suitable plantings and construction materials that will help you achieve the look that you want.

From there we develop a design and project plan that meets all your requirements, budget and expectations.

Do I need to bring anything to the consultation?

Have some pictures and names of products or plants that you like or don’t like on hand. These will help us to more accurately scope and design to your expectations and budget.

In some cases, an original site plan for your home will also be helpful.

Ok. I have decided to hire Chandler Park Landscaping to build my dream project. What next?

Once you are happy with the plan and its associated costs, we ask for a 10 to 30% deposit, depending on the scope of works, to schedule your project.

We are happy to work with your deadlines and look forward to discussing your landscaping and garden requirements.

How long will my project take?

The time it takes to complete a project will vary according to the size of the job.

Many smaller projects may be completed in 5 working days, with larger projects taking up to 20 working days.

During the consultation process we’ll let you know how long you can expect your project to go for, and if there are any issues which may delay completion of the job.

Are you insured?

Why yes, we are. We are covered for workers’ compensation and liability up to $10 million.

What makes you different from other landscapers?

Chandler Park Landscaping is truly focused on our clients and we use our experience and skills to achieve the desired outcome they want from a project. Our goal is to install an outdoor space that adds value, is practical and is aesthetically pleasing.

We can make recommendations that will minimise problems that may crop up later on down the track. For example, we work with drainage that you already have in place so you don’t experience flooding in the next heavy downpour.

Or if you are the sort of person that doesn’t want to spent too much time in the garden, we will recommend low maintenance plantings or installation of an irrigation system.

Chandler Park Landscaping has created outdoor space for me that looks amazing! What do I need to do to keep it looking this way?

Don’t worry, we won’t leave you wondering about what you need to do to keep your landscape looking great. We’ll give you instructions and we can also recommend maintenance teams to provide ongoing support.

And if you find some of your plantings just don’t seem to be thriving, let us know. Within those first weeks we can replace plants that have not established.
